The Refs are Professionals who are at the absolute TOP of their profession.

We aren't talking about regular hired off the street people here. These are the cream of the entire crop of their profession with a lifetime of massive hoops to jump through to get where they are now.

ANYONE at the absolute top of their profession who makes less than six figures is a chump. That is why they want to be paid what they are worth. And they are right to do so.

So pay them already. The NFL has a license to print money. The amounts we are talking here are ridiculously tiny compared to the big picture.

This is a ridiculous and pathetic waste of time for fans and everyone involved, just so the NFL can prove some silly point.
