Hello and welcome to www.thebestsportsblog.com.

Our name -- The Best Sports Blog -- pretty much summarizes what this blog is all about.

This blog was started by Benny in October 2005 and was called "The Sports Pulse." It quickly grew into a high quality website and was widely read and quoted around the sports blogosphere. However, in time Benny moved onto other projects and the site became less active.

Until, September 2010, when two huge sports fans, Mo Johnson and Paul Grossinger, decided to buy this blog and rev it back up. There was some turbulence as we switched hosts and archived all the old articles and blog posts. You can find links to those archives at the bottom of the home page.

We have added many new, high-quality, articles, mostly about football, basketball and baseball. You can find them simply by navigating the drop-down menus at the top of the site.
