Road to Super Bowl XL

My top five teams in the NFL

1) Indianapolis Colts - I know you weren't expecting anyone else. Like I mentioned earlier in the week. I wish the Colts would go undefeated so we don't have to hear about the '72 Dolphins anymore. They do have such a tough stretch ahead with Jacksonville, San Diego, and Seattle. I intentionally did not mention Arizona for obvious reasons. They'll have home field throughout the playoffs and we know they'll love that.

2) Seattle Seahawks - Put a whooping on Eagles on Monday night. A win on the road is a win and especially on the night they retired Reggie White's jersey. Again they'll probably have home field throughout the playoffs. Their game against the Colts might be a Super Bowl preview, if both teams don't rest their starters.

3) Chicago Bears - Their defense is sick this year. They've allowed a league low 127 points this whole season. I'm just worried about Kyle Orton, their offense and that scruffy beard he has.

4) Carolina Panthers - Finally they beat Michael Vick. They have the playoff experience which teams most desperately need come January. Huge game versus Tampa Bay for 1st place in their divison.

5) Cinncinatti Bengals San Diego Chargers - I'm not thinking the Bengals are for real yet. Okay they beat Pittsburgh but almost any team can this season. All three of the Bengal's losses have come against winning teams. Indy, Jacksonville, and Pittsburgh. They have the mini-Indy offense going but their defense sucks. Now San Diego is a team on the rise. Winners of their last five. They still could win the AFC West. I like them here in the #5 spot.
