The Video of the Spitty Sean Taylor

If you were like me you were shocked that Sean Taylor was ejected for taking a hit to the face initially by Michael Pittman. I couldn't hear the audio while at work. Just saw the video and it confused the heck out of me. Later I learned it was for spitting. Low blow.

The stupid ESPN annoucers were calling it injustice against Sean Taylor. Why should he have been thrown out they say? Pittman threw the punch! This was even after it was revealed he was ejected for spitting. No apologies or clarification for their statements from The Three Stooges.

Well now there is video of the play slowed down at the time of the spitting. It was like watery spit coming out. Not like that thick kind that projects like a missle. This was more like a shotgun spray.

We also get to hear Mike Carey, the head referee, gives his explanation to the other officials why he didn't flag or eject Pittman also.

The best part is when a Redskin player asked Carey why Pittman wasn't thrown out for the punch. Carey said it was "after he spit in his face" and you can hear the player says "Oh oh oh oh" in agreement as Carey asked him what he would do.

Enjoy The Spitting Incident On Video.
