Fan win $1 million during a football game

Then goes and tries to double up by betting on the Carolina Panthers today (not true but he would've won)

What is it these days fans winning a $1 million in halftime contests? Aren't they suppose to make these nearly impossible to win and only get some free advertising out of it? First a fan in Tornoto kicks a 50 yard field goal to win a $1 million. Then over the weekend another fan throws a ball 25 yards away into 20 inch hole to win $1 million. What air are these people breathing from? Are they putting on the right sock first or the left? I want answers! 20 inch hole from 25 yards away. Amazing.

The most recent million-dollar winner Chris Bostic works as a landscaper for $10 an hour. He enlisted in the Army after 9/11 to serve his country. He spent a year in Afghanastan. So a man worthy of winning a $1 million.
