Don't Power and Money Go Together in CFB?

Yea, I get your point, but it seems like maybe the "powers that be" meaning the BCS conferences want power to ensure they make the money. Yea, maybe all together college football would make more money with a playoff system. But, then the power conferences would lose their guaranteed big payday they have now with the BCS system.

Also, I actually do think that the NCAA is not quite as money hungry as the NFL for instance. Some are, but the NCAA also really does have an education mission too. And, some people in the system really do care about that. So, it's just not quite like the NFL where it truly is all about money there.
